The Cybersecurity Sales Training was developed at Black Box to increase the sales team's knowledge and awareness of Black Box's cybersecurity sales offerings.

This module created in Articulate Rise is a guide to encourage Black Box employees to create a career development plan for the business goal of increasing employee retainment. It outlines the 8 step guide to the process and features a corresponding Vyond video featured in the Vyond section below.

This module created in Articulate Rise explores tips on leading productive meetings including but not limited to: basic meeting facts, the challenges of meetings, effects of negative meetings, how to conduct positive meetings, and when a meeting should be an email.

This animated video, created in Vyond, encourages Black Box employees to create a career development plan. The video was created as part of an initiative to retain employees in the long-term and to help them set goals to continue developing their careers with Black Box.

This video was created to inform Black Box new hires of the onboarding process for organizational integration. 

This systems training video was created in Vyond to disseminate to 4,300 employees at Black Box to learn the ins-and-outs of to the new Oracle HCM system for HR services at the company. 

This fun microlearning course was a part of the Work From Home project (storyboard and job aid featured below). It provides a quick and fun overview of Work From Home statistics and productivity strategies.

This microlearning course created in 7taps provides an overview of the 7 principles of the Value Based Selling sales strategy aimed at new salespeople entering the company.

This series of Virtual Instructor Led Trainings (VILTs) were created for Black Box's Project Management academy:

1) Conflict Management Strategies for Project Coordinators
2) Cross-cultural Communication for Business
3) Stakeholder Management Strategies for Project Coordinators
4) The Role of a Supervisor for Transitioning Leaders

I used an interactive approach of peer sharing, interactive polls, and break out room activities. I conducted the sessions on a rotating basis weekly with a total of over 200 project managers, project coordinators, and business leaders.

This onsite instructor-led cultural and identity training (ILT) about defeating stereotypes was originally designed for a cross-cultural immersion program that welcomed Mexicans to the US for a business and culture exchange. It is created for both onsite and virtual. It has also been adapted for corporate business needs.

Before kicking off a project, I first put together a design document to give my clients an overview of the project prototype. Together, we come to agreement on what the training will cover: its objectives, timing, business purpose, etc.

This helps us stay on the same page and ensure a successful outcome of the development. This design document gives an overview of a project for a media corporation that switched to 100% remote work post-pandemic to ensure that their employees maximize their productivity while working from home.
