This Articulate Storyline module created for global IT services provider, Black Box, addressed a business solution to train the company's cybersecurity sales representatives in Cybalt, the company's newly rolled out cybersecurity sales offerings and one of the largest cybersecurity practices in the world.

This Articulate Storyline module created for a telemedicine company features fun, engaging animations created in Vyond. Vyond is a wonderful tool for personalizing course narration and bringing life to a course. Another example of Vyond is in its own category listed below.

This module also features a customized knowledge check, a video scenario interaction, and bonus tools for the learner to use in their work. A transcript of the audio and dialogue for accessibility purposes can be found here. Accessibility functions can also be embedded directly into Storyline.

This interactive module created in Articulate Storyline familiarizes learners with basic email etiquette . It was created for Black Box Corp. to get all employees up to speed and equally on par with email etiquette and best practices. 

This interactive tool was created in Articulate Storyline to train and assist sales representatives in common objection handling for cold calling.

This animated video, created in Vyond, encourages Black Box employees to create a career development plan. The video was created as part of an initiative to retain Black Box employees in the long-term and to help them set goals to continue developing their careers with Black Box.

This video was created to inform new hires of the onboarding process for more organizational integration into the company. 

This systems training video was created in Vyond to disseminate to 4300 employees to learn the ins-and-outs of to the new Oracle HCM system for HR services at the company. 

This module created in Articulate Rise explores tips on leading productive meetings including but not limited to: basic meeting facts, the challenges of meetings, effects of negative meetings, how to conduct positive meetings, and when a meeting should be an email.

This module created in Articulate Rise is a guide to encourage Black Box employees to create a career development plan to increase employee retainment. It outlines the 8 step guide to the process and features the Vyond video above.

This fun microlearning course was a part of the Work From Home project (storyboard and job aid included above). It provides a quick and fun overview of Work From Home statistics and productivity strategies.

This microlearning course created in 7taps provides an overview of the 7 principles of the Value Based Selling sales strategy aimed at new salespeople entering the company.

Before kicking off a project, I first put together a design document to give my clients an overview of the project prototype. Together, we come to agreement on what the training will cover: its objectives, timing, business purpose, etc.

This helps us stay on the same page and ensure a successful outcome of the development. This design document gives an overview of a project for a media corporation that switched to 100% remote work post-pandemic to ensure that their employees maximize their productivity while working from home.

This onsite instructor-led cultural and identity training (ILT) about defeating stereotypes was originally designed for a cross-cultural immersion program that welcomed Mexicans to the US for a business and culture exchange. It is created for both onsite and virtual.

This virtual instructor-led training (VILT) was initially designed for Abroad With Disabilities, a non-profit, to provide cross-cultural trainers with knowledge, skills, and awareness about accessibility and Universal Design for Learning. It was later used for many other organizations such as Tufts University's International Center and the Sustainable Living Guide. It features a diagram of the learning theory that I pioneered while publishing my Master's thesis. This VILT inspired the Articulate Storyline I later developed that is featured above.
