My friends always say that I have lived many "lives" in my career - my thirst for learning and doing is endless. As a result, I am somewhat of a jack of all trades!

⭐ Instructional Design, Consulting, & Project Management: Praised as an innovative and out-of-the-box creator in the design, development, and consultation of training programs, I focus on empowering organizations, teams, and individuals with user-friendly performance and knowledge support systems. I have a talent for transforming highly technical and dense content into fun, creative, and easily digestible learning experiences.

⭐ Innovation and Technology Learning Strategy Development: Leading Learning & Development teams to cross-functionally collaborate with IT and leadership teams, I have created and implemented scalable multi-year innovation and technology learning solutions across corporate, non-profit, and educational organizations.

⭐ Multimedia: As a visual artist skilled in graphic design and video production, I have advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, Figma, various video editing software, and other tools that I use to solve problems and tell stories.

⭐ Accessibility: I completed my Master's capstone project on Universal Design for Learning and accessibility. This has given me the opportunity to speak at conferences and conduct training on accessibility worldwide.

⭐ Cross-Cultural/Multicultural Training: With a Master's in International Education, Training, and Management, leading and managing global learning programs is at the core of my career. I am proud to have led cross-cultural programs for participants from over 40 countries.

⭐ Scrum & Agile: As an Agile practitioner, I hold CSM (Certified Scrum Master), CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), and CAL (Certified Agile Leader) licenses. Leading by the Lean Agile Mindset, I use Agile principles and methodologies to create efficient workflows and foster a culture of psychological safety and cross-functional collaboration.

⭐ Coaching & Mentoring: Career coaching and mentoring is another passion. I believe we all have the potential to grow and succeed. I have coached over a hundred professionals into new career paths - from teaching and training to instructional and multimedia design.
