I have over a decade of design, coaching, management, and facilitation experience and am passionate about learning & design. I have a proven track record of providing tactful, innovative learning solutions to a wide array of stakeholders for over a decade while coaching & facilitating using the Scrum Agile Framework.

I hold a dual Master's in Intercultural Service, Leadership, & Management and Instructional Systems Design as well as various professional teaching & training certifications. I have a rich background in cross-cultural training and specialize in providing training for multicultural & intercultural competency as well as diversity & inclusion. As an instructional designer, I uniquely specialize in transforming training to be inclusive & accessible through Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and Kolb's Experiential Learning methodologies.
